The processing device comprises an annular suspension type guide rail, wherein walking devices capable of walking along the suspension type guide rail are evenly installed on the suspension type guide rail; each walking device is provided with a Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucchanging frame; each Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc hanging frame is provided with a lifting and lowering device; the suspension type guide rail is provided with a high-temperature steam chamber, a standing chamber I, an ingredient dipping groove, a standing chamber II, a deep-frying device and a standing chamber III in sequence; a packaging device is arranged behind the standing chamber III; the upper end of the high-temperature steam chamber is provided with a gas discharging pipe; the gas discharging pipe is provided with a cooling device; the cooling device is connected with an aromatic substance collection bucket; the aromatic substance collection bucket is connected with the ingredient dipping groove; and the ingredient dipping groove is provided with an ingredient adding hole. The processing device can process Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc with branches, and the Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc can be directly eaten.
