According to the riverway sand mining recognition method and device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium, the dynamic change characteristic of the seasonal riverway underlying surface is fully considered, different recognition methods are adopted for riverways of different background categories in a targeted mode for seasonal dry riverways, and then the riverway sand mining recognition accuracy is improved.
