The geothermal fluid sealed sampling device can comprise an underground sampling device, wherein the underground sampling device comprises a sampling part, an air chamber and a timing control mechanism which are connected in sequence; a sampling opening is formed in the sampling part; a sealed piston, a first floating piston and abuffer are sequentially arranged in a sampling part shell from the front end to the rear end; a first sample chamber is formed between the sealed piston and the first floating piston; the first samplechamber communicates with the sampling opening; a first replacement liquid chamber is formed between the first floating piston and the buffer; a replacement liquid injection opening is formed in theside wall of the first replacement liquid chamber; the sealed piston is connected with the buffer through a piston guide rod penetrating through the first floating piston; the first displacement liquid chamber operably communicates with an inner cavity of an air chamber shell through an air chamber connecting pipe; and the timing control mechanism is used for operating the air chamber connecting pipe at the set time so as to communicate the first displacement liquid chamber with the inner cavity of the air chamber shell. The adjustable sampling speed, the underground fixed-depth automatic sampling and the sealed isolation and high fidelity of the sample are realized.
