The intelligent wearable equipment monitors whether the real-time distancebetween a mobile terminal and the intelligent wearable equipment is greater than a distance threshold in real time, instructs, if the real-time distance between the mobile terminal and the intelligent wearable equipment is greater than the distance threshold, the mobile terminal to trigger a locking mechanism, and determines whether the mobile terminal has a motion trend of being far away from the intelligent wearable equipment or not. If the mobile terminal has the motion trend of being far away from the intelligent wearable equipment, the intelligent wearable equipment outputs alarm information and displays the motion track of the mobile terminal in real time. By monitoring the real-time distance and the motion trend of the mobile terminal relative to the intelligent wearable equipment,whether the mobile terminal is stolen or not can be accurately determined, then the alarm information is triggered, and the mobile terminal is found through the positioning function of the mobile terminal.
