According to the technical scheme, the interval range where the target charging upper limit parameter is located is determined according to the interval range where the battery state parameter is located, and the target charging upper limit parameter is linearly reduced along with the increase of the battery state parameter in the corresponding interval range, so that a user does not perceive the endurance change of the whole vehicle; and different charging upper limit parameters can be set in each stage of the battery, so that the attenuation speed of the service life of the battery is reduced, and the safety risk is reduced.
