Abstract

The invention discloses a dedusting and cooling method of a self-adaptive dedusting and cooling grinding wheel device of a dry grinding machine. The method is characterized in that during grinding operation of the grinding machine, a grinding wheel base body (2.2) is supported on a support (1) through a grinding wheel base body wheel shaft (2.1) and is driven by a motor to rotate, a grinding wheel abrasive disc system (3) arranged on the grinding wheel base body (2.2) is driven to rotate outwards under the action of centrifugal force relative to the grinding wheel base body (2.2) through a first hydraulic supporting cylinder (3.2) and a second hydraulic supporting cylinder (3.3) which are connected, and when centrifugal force is balanced with tension of a spring (3.6), a grinding wheel abrasive disc (3.4) reaches the balance position and makes contact with a workpiece to be machined, so that the grinding machining effect on the workpiece is achieved. The self-adaptive dedusting and cooling grinding wheel device can recover abrasive dust completely without gaps, and the grinding and dedusting effect can be greatly improved.
