Abstract

A method by which a terminal transmits uplink (UL) data in a wireless communication system supporting a narrowband internet of things (NB-IoT) system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving information about a preconfigured UL resource (PUR) for the transmission of the UL data in an RRC connected state; and transmitting the UL data by using the PUR in an RRC idle state.
