Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the calibration process of some engines is still realized through the manual manual hydraulic press. Through the control operation of various manual valves and the manual drive cylinder motion pressurization, it acts on the standard force sensor to generate the analog thrust required for thrust calibration. The following problems exist in the calibration process: the calibration process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, the accuracy is difficult to guarantee and the stability is poor, and the calibration process is prone to errors due to manual operation, and it needs to be adjusted repeatedly in the forward and reverse directions to achieve the required analog force value. Calibration process is not allowed

Abstract

The invention aims to provide a simulated force automatic loading device for rocket engine thrust calibration. The device comprises a nut, a front end cover, an O-shaped ring, a piston, a guide sleeve, a step seal for a hole, a cylinder wall, a step seal for a shaft, a dustproof ring, a piston rod end cover, a transmission nut, a lead screw, a shaft end cover, a bearing, a guide rod, a screw, a set screw, a cylinder sleeve, a rear end cover, a guide ring, a piston rod, gaskets, spring washers and pull rods. The lead screw can be driven by a motor to rotate to drive the transmission nut sleeving the guide rod, the piston rod end cover and the piston rod to linearly move in the axial direction, and therefore the piston is driven to compress a cylinder wall front cavity. One end of the lead screw extends into a hole in the end of the piston rod and can axially move forwards and backwards along the piston rod. Air mixed in oil can be exhausted from an exhaust hole, an oil supplementing opening is used for supplementing the oil to the cylinder wall front cavity, the motor drives the piston to move forwards to compress the cylinder wall front cavity, and the compressed oil can be conveyed into a thrust calibration system through the oil outlet c to generate a simulated thrust.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention is mainly used in the field of rocket engine thrust calibration, and in particular relates to an automatic loading device for generating simulated thrust during the calibration process. Background technique [0002] Thrust calibration is an important part of thrust measurement, and the calibration loading system is the basis of force value transmission. When the engine is performing a high-altitude simulation test, there will be constraints between the engine and the measurement sensor, such as the constraints of various elastic parts and pipelines. In order to obtain the accurate force value transmission relationship between the engine thrust and the load cell, it is necessary to perform thrust On-site calibration mainly uses the thrust calibration loading device to generate the force value for simulating the engine operation, calculates the transfer function of the output force value, and corrects the constraint effect through the trans...
