Problems solved by technology

During anesthesia treatment, it is unavoidable that the needle does not penetrate the correct part, penetrates too deep, and the needle bends, resulting in excessive pressure during the injection process, which cannot be treated normally, makes the patient uncomfortable and easily damages the booster device
At present, the pressure detection method is generally realized by using a pressure sensor, but this detection chip is more expensive and more complicated to use than a sliding rheostat, and will produce inevitable errors during the production process.

Embodiment

[0040] The pressure processor of the infusion pressure detection device in the embodiment is a single-chip microcomputer, and the prompter is an indicator light. The device is the same as in the specific embodiment and will not be repeated here; at the initial stage of infusion, the sampling time interval t=200ms, slide Rheostat length L=50mm, E=5V;

[0041] A pressure detection method for realizing the injection process of the handheld oral anesthesia booster is:

[0042] (1) The single-chip microcomputer samples the input signal voltage, uses this pin to detect the voltage, and collects the voltage value U, U every 200ms 1 = 0.1V, U 2 = 0.2V, U 3 =0.3V, ..., can be converted into the position value of the booster rod X, X 1 = 1 mm, X 2 =2mm, X 3 =3mm,..., find out the two adjacent voltage difference ΔU 1 = 0.1V, ΔU 2 = 0.1V, ..., converted into the displacement of the booster rod within 200ms P 1 = 1 mm, P 2 =1mm,..., find out the variation δ, δ of the adjacent di...

Abstract

The invention discloses a pressure detection device and method for a handheld oral cavity anesthesia boosting instrument. The device comprises a slide rheostat with a slide rod, a pressure processor, a prompter and a power supply. The slide rheostat is connected with the power supply in series, and the slide rod of the slide rheostat is connected with a boosting rod of a handheld oral cavity anesthesia boosting instrument and moves along with the boosting of the boosting rod. The input end of the pressure processor is connected with the slide rod of the slide rheostat, the output end of the pressure processor is connected with the prompter, and the pressure processor is used for regularly sampling an input voltage, analyzing voltage variation, converting the voltage variation into displacement variation of the boosting rod and triggering the prompter to give out a prompt. The method comprises the steps that after infusion is started, the pressure processor samples an input voltage; the absolute value of the difference value of the two adjacent displacements of the boosting rod is recorded as delta i; the delta i is judged, and the prompter is triggered; and operation interpretation is performed according to the prompter. The three states including operation error, needle head blockage and infusion completion can be accurately judged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of pressure detection, in particular to a pressure detection device and method of a hand-held oral anesthesia booster. Background technique [0002] Oral anesthesia is a method used to alleviate the pain of patients in oral treatment. At present, the commonly used anesthesia method is artificial anesthesia. The medical staff injects anesthetics into the parts of the oral cavity that require anesthesia through a syringe. Due to the special physiological structure of the oral cavity , very difficult to operate. Moreover, the control is unstable during manual injection, which easily causes needle deflection and dislocation. At the same time, due to the thick needle tube, the patient is very painful during injection, which increases the pain of the patient, and also increases the pressure and fear of the patient. [0003] The handheld oral anesthesia booster is used together with an anesthetic bottle and an anesthesia sl...
