Abstract

The invention provides a user cluster baseline load estimation method, and belongs to the field of power system demand response. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a typical load mode curve set of a user cluster, dividing the user cluster into a plurality of user sub-clusters, adopting sample entropy to quantify predictability of a load time sequence, taking the minimum user cluster overall sample entropy as an optimization target, and realizing the optimal division through a greedy clustering algorithm; adding the loads of all users in each sub-cluster after division as a whole, and estimating the whole load by using a baseline load estimation method to obtain a baseline load estimation value of each sub-cluster; and summing the baseline load estimation values of all the sub-clusters to obtain a final user cluster baseline load estimation result. According to the method, the accuracy of cluster baseline load estimation can be effectively improved, and implementation, popularization and application of excitation type demand response are facilitated.
