Problems solved by technology

[0005] In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art, the applicant, through 3 years of exploration, determined the method of using iodine tungsten lamp to control the flowering period of broomcorn millet under the short-day conditions in Sanya, Hainan, and clarified the suitable light source, light duration and light source The relative space distance between three core problems that affect the efficiency of adding light effectively solves the problem that broomcorn millet enters the flowering initiation stage too early in winter in Sanya, Hainan, and then differentiates into flower primordia to quickly heading and flowering, which cannot meet the requirements of broomcorn millet breeding and sexual hybridization The question of basic form requirements

Embodiment 1

[0029] From November 2015 to January 2016, the Miscellaneous Grains Research Group conducted a potted planting method on broomcorn millet in Jiyang District, Sanya, Hainan Province, prolonging the growth period of broomcorn millet. Reasonable, the effect is not ideal, but less light is added, and the plant height of broomcorn millet has obvious changes, see attached figure 1 .

[0030] The specific lighting time and the setting method of the light source space distance are as follows: after the millet emerges, use a 1000-watt iodine tungsten lamp to add light from 12 hours every night to 5 hours the next day. The height of the light source from the ground is 2.6m, and stop adding light after 15 days. Light.

[0031] figure 1 Lighting test for broomcorn millet potted plants from November 2015 to January 2016. Figure A shows that the light is added on the 9th day after sowing, and Figure B shows that some plants start to ear, and the plant height is 45-50cm.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for regulating blooming period of broom corn millet under a short-day condition. The method comprises the following steps: when the broom corn millet germinates, comes out of soil and exposes tips, continuously adding light for 20-25 days by using an iodine-tungsten lamp at 23 o'clock every night to 6 o'clock of the next day; and the width of 5-7 districts is the width interval of each iodine-tungsten lamp source, the length interval of the lamp sources is 15-20 m, the height of the lamp sources is 4-5 m, and the lamp sources irradiate the planting land in the opposite directions according to the width of 5-7 districts. Through three-year exploration, an ideal iodine-tungsten lamp electric light source is found to prolong the sunshine duration, and three key technical points of proper lighting duration and spatial distance between lamp sources are determined, so that the problem that the broom corn millet enters a flowering starting stage too early in winter in Sanya, Hainan, and then is differentiated into flower primordium for rapid heading and flowering, so that basic form requirements of broom corn millet breeding and sexual hybridization cannot be met, is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for regulating the flowering period of broomcorn millet under short-day conditions. Background technique [0002] At present, the technology of sexual hybrid breeding between parents is still the main method for cultivating new varieties of various crops. Hybrid breeding requires 6-7 generation cycles from parent selection to stable phenotype, plus later identification, comparison, and It will take at least 10 years for regional trials and production trials to breed an ideal variety that meets the needs of the society, and its breeding progress is far behind the market demand for varieties with diverse uses. In winter, using the natural conditions with sufficient light and heat in southern Hainan to carry out breeding materials can greatly shorten the breeding period and promote the rapid cultivation of new varieties and the innovation of germplasm resources. Therefore, in Hainan, my country, winter breeding is one of...
