The aerosol can filling system comprises a filling connector, a filling assembly and a conveying assembly, wherein the filling connector is used for being connected with an aerosol can; the filling assembly comprises an air cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder piston and a hydraulic cylinder piston are arranged in the air cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder respectively and connected so that the air cylinder piston and the hydraulic cylinder piston can be in linkage, the air cylinder is provided with a first connector and a second connector, and the first connector and the second connector are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the air cylinder respectively; and the conveying assembly comprises a first flow channel, a second flow channel and a third flow channel which are used for communicating the air source with the filling connector, the first connector and the second connector respectively, the conveying assembly further comprises a fourth flow channel used for communicating the filling connector with the hydraulic cylinder and a fifth flow channel used for communicating a liquid storage barrel with the hydraulic cylinder, and a first control valve is arranged on the first flow channel. Automatic filling of the aerosol can is achieved by controlling connection and disconnection of the first control valve and the multiple flow channels.
