Embodiment Construction

[0042] The following is attached Figure 1-4 The application is described in further detail.

[0043] The embodiment of the present application discloses a method for reducing bending damage of pipe piles in soft soil. refer to figure 1 , the method of reducing the bending damage of pipe piles in soft soil includes the following steps:

[0044] Step1: Survey and testing of the soil layer 1 of the construction site. The survey and testing can be carried out by drilling.

[0045] Step2: Set the first reinforcement layer 2 at the position of the design elevation.

[0046] Step3: Set the second reinforcement layer 3 at the design elevation, and the second reinforcement layer is located above the first reinforcement layer.

[0047] The materials used for the first reinforcement layer 2 and the second reinforcement layer 3 are all concrete, and the first reinforcement layer 2 and the second reinforcement layer 3 are laid by high-pressure rotary spraying method at the same time. ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of building engineering construction, in particular to a method for reducing bending failure of tubular piles in soft soil. The method comprises the following steps of (1) surveying and detecting a soil layer of a construction site; (2) arranging a first reinforcing layer in the position of the designed elevation; (3) arranging a second reinforcing layer in the position of the designed elevation, wherein the second reinforcing layer is located above the first reinforcing layer; (4) driving at least two tubular piles into the soil layer, wherein the tubular piles penetrate through the second reinforcing layer and the first reinforcing layer in sequence; (5) detecting the bearing capacity of the tubular piles; and (6) checking and accepting. According to the method, the first reinforcing layer and the second reinforcing layer are arranged in the soil layer in advance, the two reinforcing layers form a constraint body for the tubular piles at the designed elevation, and the tubular piles can be supported and reinforced, so that the bending failure of the soil layer pressure to the tubular piles is reduced, the bearing capacity of the tubular piles in soft soil is increased to the maximum, and at least two tubular piles are arranged in the two reinforcing layers, so that the overall bearing capacity of the tubular piles can be increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the field of construction engineering, in particular to a method for reducing bending damage of pipe piles in soft soil. Background technique [0002] Pipe piles are currently the most widely used piles for house piling. Due to factory production and hollow pipes, they are environmentally friendly piles with reliable quality and energy saving. [0003] However, since the pipe is hollow, its lateral stiffness is relatively weak, and it is easy to cause buckling damage in deep soft silt, resulting in weak bearing pressure of the pipe pile in the lateral direction. [0004] In view of the related technologies mentioned above, the inventor believes that there is a defect that the lateral bearing capacity of a single pipe pile is relatively poor. Contents of the invention [0005] In order to improve the lateral bearing capacity of pipe piles, the present application provides a method for reducing bending damage of pipe piles i...
