The method comprises: constructing a same-proportion rock burst test piece model according to a rock burst test piece adopted in the rock burst test; performing primary fracture simulation on the rock burst test piece model along the free face direction according to a preset fracture ratio to obtain a primary rock burst clastic model; performing second-stage fracture simulation on the first-stage rock burst clastic model along the free face direction according to the fracture ratio and the preset fracture probability which are the same as those of the first-stage fracture simulation to obtain a second-stage rock burst clastic model; conducting third-stage fracture simulation on the second-stage rock burst clastic model in the free face direction according to the fracture ratio and the fracture probability which are the same as those of second-stage fracture simulation, and obtaining a third-stage rock burst clastic model; and performing step-by-step fracture simulation according to the condition until the number of the rock burst clastic models with the particle sizes larger than a preset value reaches a threshold value.
