The testing device comprises an impact bullet, a high-speed camera, the energy absorption test piece, a mounting seat, a mounting bottom plate, a force measuring sensor and a driving device, the energy absorption test piece is mounted on the mounting seat and is opposite to a launching port of the impact bullet on the driving device; the mounting seat is in sliding connection with the mounting bottom plate in the acceleration track direction of the impact projectile, and the high-speed camera is arranged towards the launching opening and the energy absorption test piece.
