An intensive capacitive touch key circuit supporting hardware waterproofness is provided with an MCU unit, a key unit and a plug-in capacitor. The key unit is provided with a plurality of capacitance touch keys which are densely arranged; the MCU unit provides a plurality of charging circuits corresponding to the capacitive touch keys through built-in circuit logic, and also provides a plurality of first switches corresponding to the charging circuits one by one; the MCU also provides a plurality of second switches corresponding to the capacitive touch keys through built-in circuit logic, and the capacitive touch keys are connected in parallel to one end of the plug-in capacitor through the corresponding second switches; the MCU also provides a third switch which is in bridge connection with the two ends of the external capacitor C0 through built-in circuit logic; and the MCU unit drives the third switch to be switched on and switched off periodically by using a clock signal, and scans the capacitive touch keys one by one during the switching-off period of the third switch.
