Abstract

The invention provides a modular file editing method and system in butt joint with a product design process. The method comprises the steps of step 1, selecting a file editing initiation mode of a specified node of the product design process; step 2, establishing a file writing database, wherein the file writing database comprises file outline data and file module data; step 3, setting a file editor, and selecting and downloading a corresponding file outline in the editor; step 4, after a file outline is selected, selecting corresponding file modules to be downloaded and filled in clause items of all the chapters; and step 5, deleting and filling data of each module of the target file, and locally storing the target file and uploading the target file in a specified system. By means of the method, the file writing content and format can be effectively controlled, and meanwhile an embedded system of file writing in the product design process is established.
