Abstract

The invention discloses an assembling mechanism for automobile products. The assembling mechanism comprises an operation table, a swing switching mechanism and a detection mechanism. A pressing plate station and feeding and discharging stations symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the pressing plate station are distributed above the operation table, and an arc guide groove is formed in the table top of the operation table. The swing switching mechanism comprises an arc guide block slidably mounted on the arc guide groove, two rotary positioning discs rotatably mounted on the arc guide block and a swing power assembly used for driving the arc guide block to slide along the arc guide groove. The two rotary positioning discs can alternately correspond to the pressing disc station and one of the feeding and discharging stations respectively in the process of swinging along with the arc guide block. The detection mechanism comprises a rotating shaft and a detection disc, a swing power assembly is connected with the rotating shaft, and the swing power assembly drives the arc guide block to enable the detection disc and a flexible flywheel subjected to press fit of a gear ring to be meshed with each other and rotate oppositely in the switching process of the two feeding and discharging stations. By means of the assembling mechanism for the automobile products, the assembling efficiency of automobile flywheels is improved.
