The method comprises the steps of determining to-be-trained target sample data; the sample data is trained based on a neural network model, a first prediction model and a second prediction model are established, the first prediction model is a non-regularization model, and the second prediction model is a regularization model; calculating according to a first output matrix corresponding to the first prediction model to obtain a first connection weight of the first prediction model, and calculating according to a second output matrix corresponding to the second prediction model to obtain a second connection weight of the second prediction model; determining a third prediction model according to the first output matrix, the second output matrix, the first connection weight and the second connection weight; and inputting prediction data into the third prediction model to obtain target output data. According to the embodiment of the invention, data prediction is carried out by combining the regularization model and the non-regularization model, so that the prediction error is reduced.
