In the flaw detection process, a first heater in the water tank supplies heat to preheat a coupling liquid to a certain temperature; and then the second integrated cabinet is started to provide power for flowing of the coupling liquid, so that the preheated coupling liquid stably flows into the first integrated cabinet. As the first integrated cabinet also has a heating function, the coupling liquid entering the first integrated cabinet is heated again in the first integrated cabinet, so that the coupling liquid is kept at a relatively high temperature; and after temperature rise, the coupling liquid flows into a liquid supply structure and acts on a flaw detection body, so that the flaw detection body stably performs flaw detection.
