Abstract

The invention discloses a uniform grinding device for metal coloring treatment. The uniform grinding device comprises a supporting plate, a moving mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a grinding mechanism, wherein the moving mechanism is mounted at the top of the supporting plate, and the moving mechanism is used for supporting and moving a metal part for grinding. When the uniform grinding device for metal coloring treatment is used, a to-be-ground metal part is placed on a movable plate, two first connecting plates are made to squeeze the metal part by rotating a rod body in the clamping mechanism so as to clamp and fix the metal part, so that the metal part is more stable during subsequent grinding operation; and after the metal part is fixed, the movable plate is moved, when the movable plate slides, a motor is started to drive a grinding roller to operate, an air cylinder pushes a fixing plate to drive sliding blocks to move up and down in first sliding grooves, and therefore the uniform grinding device for metal coloring treatment can be adapted to the metal parts of different heights; and the surfaces of the metal parts are ground more evenly through the grinding roller of a long-barrel-shaped structure, and later coloring of metal is facilitated.
