The method comprises the following steps: pouring a steel bar-containing concrete cylinder test piece by simulated seawater; simulating seawater maintenance of the test piece and electrifying to accelerate corrosion of steel bars in the test piece; after electrifying is finished, enabling the test piece to be subjected to seawater dry-wet cycle simulation and electrochemical performance testing of reinforcing steel bars in the test piece, and including open-circuit potential and polarization curves; after five dry-wet cycles, carrying out anti-corrosion treatment on the steel bars in the steel bars; and wrapping the cylindrical test piece with CFRP, and carrying out dry-wet cycle and electrochemical performance test again so as to evaluate the influence of anti-corrosion treatment of the reinforcing steel bars and CFRP wrapping on the corrosion state of the reinforcing steel bars in the reinforcing steel bars before the CFRP repairs the rust expansion cracking reinforced concrete.
