The method comprises the following steps: firstly, collecting ozonized gas flow Q; secondly, calculating the area S of diffusion holes through which airflow can pass; acquiring the flow velocity of the ozonized gas according to the calculation formula V = Q / S of the flow velocity V of the ozonized gas; comparing the flow velocity of the ozonized gas with the permissible range of the flow velocity of the ozonized gas preset in the PLC; and if the flow velocity of the ozonized gas is not within the permissible range, horizontally moving the flow baffle to adjust the area S of the flow diffusion holes through which airflow can pass until the flow velocity of the ozonized gas is within the permissible range.
