Abstract
The invention provides a method for detecting volatile components of tobacco leaves in a curing barn. The method comprises the following steps: sample preparation, gas phase mass spectrometry detection, enrichment time and reagent optimization and the like, gas in the curing barn is enriched, a volatile gas in the curing barn is analyzed through GC-MS, and an optimal extraction reagent and optimal extraction time are determined; and volatile components at different temperature points in the tobacco leaf curing process are studied, OAV is calculated, compounds with high aroma activity values in a volatile gas in the curing barn are determined, 13 key aroma compounds in the volatile components of the tobacco leaves in the curing barn are preliminarily identified, and therefore an effective detection method is provided for improving tobacco leaf quality identification.
