The alignment method comprises the steps that the characteristics of a body of lifting appliance equipment are recognized, the characteristics of a container loaded on the container truck are recognized, a first alignment distance between a lifting appliance of the lifting appliance equipment and the sensor in the driving direction of the container truck is calculated according to the distance betweenthe body of the lifting appliance equipment and the sensor in the driving direction of the container truckand the distance between the body of the lifting appliance equipment and the lifting appliance; a second alignment distance between the center of the container in the driving direction of the container truck and the sensor according to the distance from one side, facing the truck head, of the container to the sensor in the driving direction of the container truck and the size of the container; and the first alignment distance is made to be equal to the second alignment distance.
