The system comprises an energy taking module, a lightning protection module, a rectification and voltage stabilization module, an energy storage module and a control communication module which are arranged on a ground wire, wherein the output end of the energy taking module is connected with the input end of the lightning protection module, and the output end of the lightning protection module is connected with the output end of the rectification and voltage stabilization module; the second output end of the rectification and voltage stabilization module supplies power to a load, the first output end of the rectification and voltage stabilization module is connected with the input end of the energy storage module, and the output end of the energy storage module is connected to the second input end of the rectification and voltage stabilization module; and the control communication module receives a monitoring signal output by the rectification and voltage stabilization module and outputs a control command to the control end of the rectification and voltage stabilization module and the control end of the energy taking module, and the control communication module is in communication connection with a remote server.
