Abstract

The invention discloses an earth and rockfill dam filling real-time dam face deformation monitoring method based on point cloud data. The method comprises the steps of: using multiple sets of three-dimensional laser scanners for collecting earth and rockfill dam surface point cloud data at different control points; overlapping the adjacent scanning areas by 30%; resolving and splicing the data by using a point cloud data analysis program; meshing the obtained point cloud data based on a triangulation network curved surface modeling method to obtain a high-resolution dam body digital elevation model; and selecting to-be-compared two-stage dam face digital elevation models, and carrying out displacement calculation and analysis on homonymy points to obtain dam face deformation real-time information. The advantages of the three-dimensional laser scanning technology are fully utilized to be applied to deformation monitoring of an earth and rockfill dam, high-density dam surface point cloud data of the three-dimensional laser scanner are obtained, and global micro-deformation non-contact sensing is achieved; and through comparison of the comprehensive real scene models established in different time periods of the construction period, the deformation trend of the dam face is monitored more comprehensively and visually.
