A vehicle-mounted server receiving device obtains a target cable to be inspected and related information thereof through a 5G wireless network, and submits the target cable and the related information to a line planning device. The RFID fixed read-write control device issues a command to read the RFID tag of the tray and submits a read result to the target comparison device; a read result is compared with a system command; after the target is confirmed to be correct, a read result is submitted to the cable initial detection device; initial detection is performed on the collected cable information; and the inspection data uploading device transmits the initial inspection result back to the background system through a 5G wireless network signal, and waits for a further instruction of the background system.
