According to the method, a comprehensive remediation method is adopted, bank zones at the two sides of the riverway are repaired, the black and odorous riverway base is improved, water is purified, the pollutant content in the water is reduced, the water transparency is improved, and finally the black and odorous phenomenon of the urban riverway with the hardened base is eliminated.
