Abstract

The invention discloses ganoderma lucidum and dendrobium bidirectional fermentation liquor, a fermentation process and application of the fermentation liquor in cosmetics, the bidirectional fermentation liquor is prepared from ganoderma lucidum bacterium liquid and a culture medium through the bidirectional fermentation process, and the culture medium comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-100 parts of a dendrobium extract, 0.1-20 parts of a nitrogen source, 0.1-1 part of vitamin, 0.4-0.6 part of inorganic salt and 0.01-0.03 part of a pH regulator; and the inoculum size of the ganoderma lucidum bacterium liquid in the culture medium is 2-10%.
