Abstract

The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing circ-ITCH and application of the pharmaceutical composition to prevention and treatment of prostatic cancer. According to the composition, deep exploration is carried out aiming at related mechanisms of circular RNA in occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis of the prostate cancer, the fact that the circ-ITCH is remarkably reduced in prostate cancer cells is clear, and the reduction is related to poor prognosis of a prostate cancer patient; the total survival rate of the prostate cancer patient with relatively low circ-ITCH expression is obviously lower than that of a patient with relatively high circ-ITCH expression; and meanwhile, the circ-ITCH can remarkably inhibit proliferation, migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells in vitro.
