The fan control PLC is configured to execute the following steps of: obtaining a current first temperature value of a preset temperature detection point every preset time interval; reserving a preset number of temperature values of the preset temperature detection point, generating a temperature recording queue according to the preset number of temperature values, and taking the first temperature value in the temperature recording queue as a second temperature value; calculating a temperature difference between the first temperature value and the second temperature value; and sending a temperature rise abnormality alarm to an operation interface of the monitoring terminal when the temperature difference is not smaller than the preset temperature difference.
