Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of an A485-2 hardened bearing steel forge piece. The production method comprises the following steps: selecting a steel billet for blanking; forging, in which the steel billet is heated to 1140 +/-10 DEG C and subjected to heat preservation, during forging, the initial forging temperature is 1140 +/-10 DEG C, the final forging temperature is 930-940 DEG C, the total forging ratio is larger than or equal to 3.5: 1, the whole forging process is completed within two heating numbers, and air cooling is conducted to the room temperature; spheroidizing annealing: concretely, heating the forge piece to 790 DEG C and preserving heat, then slowly cooling the forge piece to 720 DEG C in a furnace at a cooling speed not higher than 25 DEG C/h and preserving heat, then cooling the forge piece to 500 DEG C along with the furnace, and finally discharging and air-cooling the forge piece to room temperature; and nondestructive inspection. The method has the advantages that by optimizing the element ratio, the forging process and the spheroidizing annealing process, the defects that the interior of the forge piece is loose, cracks exist, and the structure is thick can be effectively overcome, and the comprehensive performance is improved.
