Abstract

The invention discloses application of a substance for detecting beta-aminoisobutyric acid, tryptophan and taurine in preparation of a cerebral palsy auxiliary diagnosis kit. According to the invention, firstly, spastic cerebral palsy children (cerebral palsy group) with premature delivery exposure history and normal control children (normal control group) with premature delivery exposure history are taken as research objects, and it is found that the concentrations of beta-aminoisobutyric acid, tryptophan and taurine in blood plasma in the cerebral palsy group and the normal control group are obviously different; and then, through screening of machine learning, it is determined that beta-aminoisobutyric acid, tryptophan and taurine in the blood plasma can be used as a potential marker combination for discriminating and diagnosing children with cerebral palsy and healthy children, and basic data support is provided for early screening, auxiliary diagnosis and intervention measure research of cerebral palsy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and in particular relates to the application of substances for detecting β-aminoisobutyric acid, tryptophan and taurine in the preparation of an auxiliary diagnostic kit for cerebral palsy. Background technique [0002] Cerebral palsy (cerebral palsy for short) refers to a series of non-progressive motor dysfunction and abnormal posture syndromes caused by brain dysplasia (early brain damage and developmental defects). As a disabling disease with movement disorder as the main clinical sign, the global incidence of cerebral palsy is about 2 to 3.5 / 1000 live births, and its incidence has remained relatively stable in recent decades in both developed and developing countries and no significant decline. The incidence rate of cerebral palsy in developed countries is about 1.5‰~2.5‰, and its incidence in China is nearly 2.5‰. There are about 40,000 to 50,000 new children with cerebral palsy every year, an...
