Abstract

A micro LED display panel includes: a substrate; an insulating layer disposed on the substrate; a plurality of micro LEDs, arranged on the substrate and embedded in the insulating layer, and a display area being limited by the plurality of micro LEDs; each micro LED being provided with a bottom surface and a top surface, the bottom surface being connected with the lower electrode, and the top surface being exposed relative to the insulating layer and connected with the upper electrode; a driving circuit, arranged on the substrate and positioned outside the display area; a plurality of conductive blocks arranged on the substrate and located outside the display area, and each conductive block being connected with the driving circuit; and a plurality of top wires, arranged on the insulating layer, and each top wire being connected with at least one upper electrode and the surface, far away from the substrate, of at least one conductive block. The invention further provides a preparation method of the micro LED display panel.
