Abstract

The invention provides a radiation imaging apparatus capable of aligning a detector and a collimator without changing the position of a radiation source. A radiation imaging device is provided with: a radiation source that irradiates a subject with radiation; a plurality of detection elements that detect photons of the radiation; and a collimator disposed between the radiation source and the detection element and having a plurality of walls forming a plurality of passage holes through which the radiation passes, characterized in that: the detection element and the collimator are aligned in a direction orthogonal to a direction in which the radiation is irradiated; the detection elements are arranged such that the ratio or difference of output signals between adjacent detection elements spaced apart from the wall is within a given range.
