The method comprises the steps that historical time sequence data of indoor environment data, weather attribute data and basement surrounding environment data are obtained; the camera collects historical time sequence data of the indoor water gauge image, the water gauge image is input into a pre-trained water level recognition model, and a corresponding indoor water level time sequence value is recognized; establishing a trend prediction model by introducing a CNN-LSTM neural network of an attention mechanism; the time sequence variation of the indoor environment data, the weather attribute data and the surrounding environment data serves as input, the time sequence variation of the corresponding indoor water level serves as output, a trend prediction model is trained, and parameters of the trend prediction model are obtained; predicting an indoor water level change trend in a period of time in the future through a trend model; and performing flooding hidden danger early warning based on the water level change trend.
