A colorectal cancer oxaliplatin-resistant cell strain HCT116/L-OHP is constructed, GSK126 and oxaliplatin are combined to intervene colorectal cancer oxaliplatin-resistant cells, the drug-resistant cells can be sensitive to oxaliplatin, cell apoptosis is promoted, animal experiments further prove that tumor growth can be effectively inhibited through combination of GSK126 and oxaliplatin, and the drug-resistant cells can be used for inhibiting tumor apoptosis. And the sensitivity of the oxaliplatin-resistant CRC tumor to the oxaliplatin is recovered.
