The embodiment of the invention provides a resource pushing method and system, terminal equipment and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the research and development demands of an enterprise and the teacher information of a college, and the information of each teacher comprises at least four resource objects; according to each demand keyword in the research and development demand and each resource object of each teacher, obtaining a matching score of each resource object of each teacher; carrying out weight distribution on each resource object and calculating a total matching score of the corresponding teacher by utilizing a weight value of each resource object and the matching score; and sorting the total matching scores of all teachers, and pushing the information of the first preset number of teachers with the highest matching degree to the enterprise. According to the method, appropriate teacher resources can be rapidly extracted from huge teachers and power of colleges and universities and pushed to enterprises, so that matched teachers can participate in production and research and development of the enterprises, and compared with manual resource screening, the efficiency of teacher resource searching can be greatly improved.
