Abstract

The invention describes a plunger configured for use in a syringe-type pump of a machine for encapsulating a soft capsule for adjusting the amount of filling to be injected into the soft capsule, the plunger having an axially deployed configuration and comprising: a tip (31) and a sealing body (32) connected to the tip, the invention relates to a sealing device (10) for a syringe-type pump (P), comprising:-a sealing body (30) adapted to penetrate into the syringe-type pump (P),-a fixedly positioned first mechanical abutment ring (33) connected to the sealing body,-a plunger stop housing (34) connected to the fixedly positioned mechanical abutment ring,-an axially adjustable second mechanical abutment ring (35),-a mechanical pin (37) protruding from the stop housing,-an adjuster nut (36), and a second ring (35) adapted to be screwed on the mechanical pin (37) for adjusting the axial position of the second ring (35) relative to the first ring in order to adjust the axial position of the plunger in the syringe-type pump (P).
