The method comprises the steps that hydrogen consumption of a fuel cell vehicle running at a constant speed at different speeds is obtained, and a static hydrogen consumption diagram is drawn; acquiring traffic information of a driving route of the fuel cell vehicle; according to the static hydrogen consumption diagram and the traffic information, determining an optimal green light window for driving of the fuel cell vehicle, and determining a search area of an optimal driving path according to the optimal green light window; taking the minimum total demand power of the fuel cell vehicle as an optimization target, establishing a convex programming model in combination with the search area, and determining an optimal driving path and an optimal vehicle speed track of the fuel cell vehicle according to the convex programming model; and determining the output power of each power source of the fuel cell vehicle by adopting an energy management method based on an alternating direction multiplier method according to the optimal vehicle speed track.
