The method comprises the steps that a device which is prepared before operation is powered on and initialized; before responding to the control command of each processing board, monitoring whether each processing board is in normal communication; when any processing board is subjected to communication interruption, the control commands of the processing board with the communication interruption are all reset before the exit command is generated; in response to normal communication of any processing board, taking a control command issued by the processing board with normal communication; performing phase OR on the reset control commands and the taken control commands to generate outlet commands corresponding to outlets of the relays; and on-off of an outlet channel corresponding to the output plate is controlled based on the outlet order.
