Abstract

The electric energy transmission system comprises: transmitting and receiving quarter-wave resonant transformers, each quarter-wave winding of which is provided with a contact end; a coupling coil connected with the electric energy source is in magnetic induction connection with the quarter-wave winding of the transmitting transformer, so that resonant oscillation can be excited in the quarter-wave winding of the transmitting transformer; a coupling coil connected with the electric energy receiver is in magnetic induction connection with the quarter-wave winding of the receiving transformer, so that electric energy can be received from the quarter-wave winding of the receiving transformer; and a power transmission line connecting the low potential portions of the quarter-wave windings of the receiving and transmitting transformers to transmit power therebetween so as to be able to excite resonant oscillation in the quarter-wave winding of the receiving transformer.
