Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a high power density bi-directionally insulated low voltage DC-DC converter (LDC) assembly and a bi-directionally insulated LDC assembly cooling structure in which a large capacity bi-directionally insulated LDC circuit is packaged in consideration of the flow of power so as to commonly use components and minimize internal ineffective space. The LDC assembly comprises: a power board subassembly (100) comprising a high voltage stage, a portion of a step-down circuit, and a step-up circuit; a transformer subassembly (200) comprising a transformer of the step-down circuit; an output power board subassembly (300) comprising a portion of the step-down circuit; and an EMC filter subassembly (400) comprising an EMC filter included in the low voltage stage.
