The conventional loop is provided with an engine and a conventional steering pump, the conventional steering pump is connected to a power take-off port of the engine and senses a command of a steering gear through an LS pilot hydraulic system, and the output end is connected to a flow amplifier through a first pipeline. The emergency loop is provided with an emergency steering pump, the emergency steering pump is connected to a power take-off port of the transfer case, the output end of the emergency steering pump is connected with a two-position three-way hydraulic valve, a first oil outlet of the two-position three-way hydraulic valve is connected to the flow amplifier through a second pipeline, and a second oil outlet of the two-position three-way hydraulic valve is connected to the oil tank; a third pipeline is connected to the first pipeline and connected to the power end of the two-position three-way hydraulic valve.
