Abstract

Provided are: a support material which is suitable for stacking molding and is used for stacking molding of a target three-dimensional structure; and a method for producing a laminated molded article and a three-dimensional structure using the same. The support material comprises a heterofunctional group-modified polyvinyl alcohol-based resin obtained by modifying a heterofunctional group of a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, and preferably by modifying the heterofunctional group to a terminal hydroxyl group, and can be provided in a filamentous form. In addition, the support material may be removed by water washing after manufacturing the laminated molded article including the target three-dimensional structure. The generated waste water is low in environmental burden, so that the waste water is easy to dispose.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a support material excellent in adhesion to a target shaped body built by lamination molding, which is environmentally friendly and easy to remove from the laminated shaped body. The present invention also relates to a laminated molded object including a support structure made of a support material, and a method for producing a three-dimensional structure as a target molded body. Background technique [0002] Laminate modeling is a method of forming a three-dimensional structure having a desired shape, wherein a fluid material is extruded, cured to form a layer, and the fluid material is extruded over a previous layer and cured to build the article layer by layer. The manufacturing method of a three-dimensional structure includes a UV curing method, a thermal fusion lamination method, and the like. The hot melt lamination method can be implemented using simple equipment and is widely used. [0003] In forming the laye...
