filtration after 15-25 min to obtain a
gamete solution; S3, placing
seedling plates in the
gamete solution obtained in S2, conducting treatment in
darkness for 9-12 hours, conducting
zygote attachment, conducting intermittent illumination culture at certain temperature, conducting
zygote culturing, keeping the illumination cycle of 12 hours per day, replacing half of the
