The laser drilling track planning method based on the DXF file comprises the following steps: acquiring an operation track of a laser head, and storing the operation track as the DXF file; analyzing the DXF file to obtain coordinate data and a track type of the operation track; wherein the track type comprises a point, a straight line, an arc or a spline curve; judging whether the posture of the laser head needs to be adjusted or not according to the track type; if the track type is a straight line or a circular arc, the posture of the laser head is adjusted, so that vertical incidence of the laser is adjusted to inclined incidence; converting the coordinate data of the working track into a working coordinate system of the laser head to obtain a working track of the laser head; the invention further provides a laser drilling track planning system based on the DXF file, and beveling of the incident laser on the rock can be achieved.
