Abstract

It is characterized by that in the pouring procedure (1) placing part into the coil of induction heating furnace with 7000 HN2-9500KH2, regulating output voltage to 130-140V, preheating for 2-3min; (2) regulating output voltage to 180-230V, preheating for 3-4min, then pouring; (3) regulating output voltage to 210-330V, heating for 2-3min, then using tungsten wire, uniformly stirring along edge; (4) repeating operation of step (3) for 2-3 times, then water-cooling.
