Abstract

The injection molding machine includes an injection servo motor, a metering servo motor, a screw driven by the motors and a control circuit comprising position control circuit, speed control circuit and current control circuit connected successively and connected to the servo motors. The control method includes the following steps: establishing current-pressure list based on the torsion of the selected servo motors; setting one set of back pressure values and motor rotation speed values to each metered position; finding out one current value corresponding to the maximum back pressure setting value from the current-pressure list so as to obtain the upper limit of output torsion of injection servo motor; and setting output zero point of position controller.
